Refund Policy

Before activation

If you have not activated your key in the app, you can get a refund. This includes when the app cannot be installed, for example when Windows 11 Smart App Control blocks it.

After activation

Once a key is activated, refunds are generally not available because the product is digital, except where the law requires one.

How to ask

Email support@hamdori.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
